The Executive
The structure and operations of our Rotary Club conforms to the “Standard Club Constitution and the Bylaws of the Rotary Club of Dundas. Rotary International sets out the rules and regulations that all Rotary Clubs must adhere to. We adopt our “bylaws” to govern the activities relevant to our club. Procedures for electing officers and directors, duties of the officers and directors and the committee structure are set out in the bylaws. Copies are available on request from the club secretary.
Each year we elect our officers and directors. The officers are listed below. There are four Directors, one for each avenue of service. Three trustees are appointed for the Charitable Trust and an auditor. These officers and directors provide leadership and conduct the general business of our Club.
